By day, a sun-stained paradise. Boardwalks, beaches, palm trees. Hombres in muscle shirts and shades chase mad gains and listen to classic rock. Dudettes in bikinis and rollerblades sip Bazooka Cola and work on their tans.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

But as the sun begins to set, the city changes. Night brings chaos, violence. Gangs choke the streets with drugs and bullet casings while rich psychopaths play games of death with the poor. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Blood paints the town red.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

We Got Us a Little Sitch<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

When the sun rises again the next day, traces of the nighttime hell are washed away by beautiful, endless summer. But the nights are growing longer with each passing day, bringing the city closer and closer to an infinite darkness.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Before long, nobody\u2019s gonna wake up. The big sleep, you dig? And they don\u2019t even know what\u2019s coming, thanks to that daylight amnesia business.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

That\u2019s where you come in.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Austrian Oak, ba-by! Or at least as many of his badass roles as we could fit in the choppa. Cause when the whole world\u2019s about to die, you don\u2019t mess around. You bring in the best.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Only one man can stop this bleak fate from becoming reality. The greatest action hero ever: Arnold Schwarzenegger. All of them. T-800, Conan, Dutch, Ben Richards, John Kimble, and sure, even Julius Benedict.<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n

Umm..WTF?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Yeah, I know, that\u2019s a lot to take in. So let me break it down like this\u2026<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Pump City is a Pathnfider 2e campaign where the players have to stop the world from being engulfed by a slowly creeping night, carrying with it death and destruction. Oh, and they do it by sliding into one of Arnold Schwarzenegger\u2019s most iconic roles.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

During daylight, Pump City is the vintage Americana ideal: liberty, justice, all of that. Businesses are your friend, always there to lend a hand, yadda yadda. When night hits, it\u2019s a whole other story. The city becomes a cyberpunk dystopia where neighbors will cut you for a doughnut, and corporations suck the life out of everything.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Now picture that all with the theatrics of professional wrestling and saturday morning cartoons, because that\u2019s how it is. There\u2019s a reason it\u2019s called Pump City, bro. Ain\u2019t no place for one-pump chumps.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
